H90 Industrial Tubine

H90 turbine is multi-stage back pressure turbine. It adopts one double velocity stage (or single velocity stage) and two to four pressure stages at the steam path. As a module turbine, its actual stages used depend on the output power, rated rotate speed, inlet steam pressure as well as teqerature and outlet steam pressure, all of which are by optimized design. 

H90 multi-stage back pressure turbine features higher operating internal efficiency (internal efficiency of turbine is more than 70%) than single and double-stage back pressure turbines. Under current circumstances where energy source is running short, it is the ideal product that can be inmiediately chosen for use or replace the currently running lower-efficiency turbines, which bears very high use value. 

The rotate speed of turbine is 3000-7000r/min with output power range 500-3000 KW. The regulation system adopts full hydraulic governor or electro-hydraulic regulating mode (W000WARD 505 controller + CPc ii electro-hydraulic converter or domestic DEH electro-hydraulic regulation system), multi-valve nozzle governing, intensive forced lubrication at the lubric ating station, greatly reducing design and installing time and facilitating customers’ use and maintenance. The turbine can be arranged in single or double layers. H90 multi-stage back pressure turbine can not only drive large rotate equipment like water pirp, fmn and compressor as driving turbine, but also drive generators as a turbine for power generation. The turbine can fit a wide range of purposes and occasions.
