Q03 Turbo Generator Set

Q03 turbine is multi-stage condensing turbine. It adopts a double velocity stage (or single velocity stage) and four to eight pressure stages at the steam path. As a module turbine, its actual stages used depend on the output power, rated rotate speed, inlet steam pressure and temperature. It has the optimized design to guarantee high efficient output rated power of the turbine. 

The rotate speed of turbine is 3000-6000r/min with output power range 1000-3000 KW. The regulation system adopts full hydraulic regulator or electro-hydraul ic regulating mode (W000WARD 505 controller + CPc ii electro- hydraulic converter or domestic DEH electro-hydraul ic regulation system), multi-valve nozzle governing, inten- nsive forced lubrication at the lubricating station, greatly reducing design and installing time and facilitating customers’ use and maintenance. The turbine can be arranged in single or double layers. 004 turbine can not only drive large rotate equipment (variable speed running) like water pump, fan and compressor as driving condensing turbine, but also drive generators (constant speed running) as condensing turbine for power generation. The turbine can fit a wide range of purposes and occasions
